Hadeth

Privacy notice · Draft for launch approval

What happens to an inquiry.

This notice explains the limited information Hadeth collects when you use the project inquiry form and how that information is handled.

Information we collect

The form asks for your full name, email address, and message.

Why we collect it

Hadeth uses the information only to review your inquiry, understand whether and how it can help, and respond. The site does not send an automated visitor email or use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Cloudflare processes the form request and Turnstile verification to help protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare Workers KV stores the accepted note so Hadeth can read it from the project dashboard. If email delivery is later configured, Resend may also process the inquiry. Their services may process technical request information under their own privacy and security terms.

Storage and retention

Accepted notes are written to a private Cloudflare KV namespace bound to this site. That store is not exposed in the browser, source, or a public listing. Hadeth is responsible for retaining or deleting each record only as long as needed to respond, keep reasonable business records, or meet legal obligations. If email delivery is also configured, the receiving inbox becomes an additional working record.

Access or deletion requests

You may ask what inquiry information Hadeth holds, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Until a dedicated privacy email is approved, contact Hadeth through its verified LinkedIn profile. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, but do not post sensitive information publicly.

Before launch

Hadeth must approve this notice, the privacy contact, and the retention practice before the production inquiry form is enabled. The form remains disabled by default until that review is complete.
